Well Christmas dinner is important to me because, I get to cook for the ones I love. I am used to cooking almost every night as far as dinner goes. These past few nights I have made:
Fried Pork chops,Yellow rice & corn, and biscuits…..
BBQ Turkey wings & potatoes, white rice, and biscuits……
Or…. Spaghetti sauce with meat and white rice, plus some cornbread or yellow cake on the side. So to me dinner has been great, but sometimes I feel that it is not too “exciting” for my boyfriend and my son. Well everyone seems to love my fresh baked yellow cake and my Baked Zitti Mix. My baked zitti mix keeps everyone coming back for more and they say its the best.
Well tomorrow for Christmas I am making a “not so big” dinner since I feel it might only be 3/4 people at my place including me. I will be making a Ham, yellow/white rice, cornbread, Fried Chicken, Yellow/white cake w/frosting, and some love. I just hope that my family and loved ones can appreciate the time I will be slaving over the stove for a good Christmas dinner.
I know that my son will be soooo excited to open his gifts. Even now he is very anxious and can’t wait, so he is hopping all over like a jellybean. I know he will be happy that he has some new toys and things to keep him preoccupied. My gift to my boyfriend was a Blackberry Storm cellphone/device, which cost me $270 upfront ($50 rebate/$20taxes). He loves his blackberry and can’t keep his hands off it !!! I am happy that he is happy. We had waited for the Blackberry Storm for about a week. I had wanted the T-mobile G1 phone for my gift but, I am not on good terms with T-mobile. Therefore I crossed the G1 off my list. So I started researching other Touchscreen cellphones and devices. I had about 2/3 favorite ones, which are: The Instinct by Sprint, then at&t’s Eternity or the Tilt, and lastly the Palm Centro. I fianlly decided to go with Sprint because I heard their service is more affordable and reliable. I purchased my Sprint Palm Centro(green) online on 12/22 and recieved it on 12/23 !! DAAAANNGG!! That was fast!!
I was so happy and pleased that words can not express. I love the phone and it has everything I need, plus great quality. The phone only cost me about $200, plus I get a like a $100/$50 rebate. I think I got a great deal on just what suites my needs.
